Dr Beth Park

I am originally from the sunny UK but got the travel bug after a couple of years working in a small animal clinic in Blackpool. I landed in South East Asia, met my partner, and we both moved to Australia! What drew me here was the diverse amount of Australian wildlife, which is one of my interests. My desire to become a vet simply grew from my love of animals and I’ve never wanted to do anything else. I am deeply passionate about “exotic” medicine – rats, hamsters, guinea pigs. I own multiple rats (currently 7…!) and a local rescue dog called Raphi. He was brought into the clinic with very severe injuries and we were not sure he would survive but with all the care and attention of our amazing team he did, and I couldn’t help but take him home. My interests outside of work include scuba diving, powerlifting and taking Raphi out and about exploring.
